About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client experience. This position involves engaging with clients and financial representatives through various channels, resolving inquiries related to insurance, investments, and financial products. You will be part of a team that emphasizes proactive problem-solving, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Client engagement

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored support for Northwestern Mutual's financial products

Issue resolution

  • Resolve routine and semi-complex inquiries related to insurance and investments
  • Follow established processes and use critical thinking for non-standard scenarios

System navigation & accuracy

  • Navigate multiple internal systems to process transactions efficiently
  • Maintain data accuracy and handle client information securely in line with regulations

Relationship building

  • Build professional relationships with clients and financial advisors
  • Proactively communicate and follow up to enhance client satisfaction

Continuous improvement

  • Contribute to a dynamic work environment by identifying process improvements

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
