About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support developers, SMEs, and startup clients by facilitating communication, resolving inquiries, and enhancing the overall user experience. You will be an essential link between our innovation network and the clients we serve, ensuring each interaction reflects THE BHUB's high standard of professionalism and forward-thinking support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and developers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Respond to inquiries related to hackathons, MVP challenges, Devs On Demand projects, and SME support
  • Guide users through onboarding and platform navigation
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records using CRM systems
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business development) to meet client needs
  • Collect and relay user feedback to improve platform functionality
  • Assist in the creation of user support content (FAQs, help guides, knowledge base articles)
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or community management (tech/startup environment preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-first mindset
  • Quick learner with an ability to grasp technical concepts (blockchain, A.I., software development)
  • Familiar with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship
