Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join our Client Care team. This early-career role is perfect for a recent college graduate that enjoys helping others, solving problems, and contributing to a team that values exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the first line of support for our customers answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported.

This role provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth. You'll gain hands-on exposure to our customers, products, and services while building your path within a mission-driven company.

This is a fully remote role, but we encourage candidates based in the Raleigh-Durham area to apply, as there may be opportunities for occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Communicate via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve issues efficiently: Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document and track customer interactions using our internal support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Content to resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Identify and report trends: Spot patterns in customer feedback and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Support self-service resources: Help maintain and update support documentation and FAQs.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience: Ensure every interaction aligns with our brand values and service standards.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of customer service or support experience
  • Coachable and eagerness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience and genuine desire to help people
  • Comfortable using technology and learning management systems
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk or Freshdesk)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Interest in online learning
