MITER Brands' Milgard Windows & Doors division is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, coordinate warranty requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. Onsite in Portland, OR, Monday–Friday day shift.

You will process service requests, schedule technicians, maintain documentation, and communicate professionally with customers and partners. Requires at least 1 year in customer service with an enterprise system; High School diploma; some college

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience using an enterprise system.
• Experience in the window industry or with warranty/service processes preferred.
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and care for Milgard's customer base.
• Process and review service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule Service Technicians to perform warranty and service repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on inquiries to resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
