Currently, StaffBright has a great FULLY REMOTE Customer Service Representative. We are seeking individuals in EST or CST. Applicants should have at least 2+ years of experience in customer service in manufacturing or tooling.

What You Will Be Doing

• Face of the company for the customer.
• Assist with the full sales processing order of operations as needed.
• Manage conflicts with customers and de-escalate them.

What You Need

• 2+ years of professional customer service experience.
• Experience working within a CRM and handling documentation.
• Experience supporting a large product catalog.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French is heavily preferred
