Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a client-focused support specialist in Wisconsin’s Town of Hartland. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping guide them to the services they need and answering questions about their applications.

You will coordinate appointments with our technicians, become knowledgeable about product lines, and schedule routine maintenance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Research properties for address accuracy.

• Base Pay $22.00 - $28.00 / Hour

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience. You will assist clients in identifying the services they need, answer questions about their applications, and coordinate appointments with our technicians.

Responsibilities

• Help identify what type of service our clients need


• Answer questions our clients may have about their specific applications


• Create a positive experience for our clients


• Schedule our client's appointments with our technicians


• Become knowledgeable of product line, basic functionality and warranties


• Answer client inquiries about equipment, service, maintenance, and billing requirements


• Schedule and work with tech team to ensure timely installment and servicing of equipment


• Prep daily paperwork


• Contact clients to inform of and schedule routine maintenance services


• Follow up on sales quotes provided by the field team as needed


• Research properties for address accuracy


• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
