About Our Firm

Founded in 1983, our firm is a family-centered financial planning and wealth management practice built around long-term relationships, trust, and service. Many of our clients have been with us for decades, and today we serve multiple generations of the same families.

We are looking for a Client Service Representative who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, and wants an opportunity to grow within an established financial planning firm.

The Position

The Client Service Representative will work closely with our advisors and report to two experienced Client Service Team Leaders. This is a generalist position involving client service, scheduling, investment and insurance support, meeting preparation, and financial planning assistance.

This person will often be the first voice clients hear on the phone and the first person they see when they enter our office. A positive attitude, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to help people are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs and coordinate requests with the appropriate team member.

  • Assist with investment account opening, transfers, distributions, and ongoing account servicing, and new client onboarding.
  • Assist with life and disability insurance and ongoing policy service.
  • Coordinate the lead advisor's scheduling and client review meetings, including preparation of necessary reports and materials.
  • Track client meeting follow-up items and help ensure requests are completed.
  • Utilize the firm's systems and technology to provide support to advisors and client service team leaders as priorities and client needs change.
What We're Looking For

Financial services experience is preferred but we also value strong organizational skills, professionalism and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive, professional, and welcoming personality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort interacting with clients by phone, email, and in person.
  • Comfort with technology and learning new software.
  • A willingness to take ownership and follow through on responsibilities.
  • The ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communications skills and a professional and welcoming approach with clients
  • A willingness to take ownership, follow through, and work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Experience with financial planning, investments, securities, life insurance, or disability insurance is preferred but not required.

Salary dependent upon experience and qualifications

Performance-based bonus opportunities

  • Retirement plan benefits
  • Professional development and industry education
  • Opportunity for increased responsibility, compensation, and advancement
Our Culture
