Job summary

FASTSIGNS is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Temple, TX. You will be the initial contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates and ensure timely delivery of orders, while supporting daily team meetings and marketing initiatives.

You will interact with customers via email, phone, and in person, building lasting relationships and turning prospects into long-term clients. A high school diploma is required and 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience is

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
