The Wooten Company, LLC seeks a Multifamily Leasing Agent / Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MO. Come join a premier property management firm with 40+ years of experience and a team-focused environment that supports growth and advancement.

You will respond to inquiries, demonstrate units, manage traffic and reports, and handle lease administration while working closely with the Property Manager. Prior leasing experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and earnings potential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office tech.
• Ability to learn and adhere to Fair Housing Laws and regs.
• Leasing or sales experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from new and current residents.
• Demonstrate market-ready properties using sales skills.
• Monitor phone and walk-in traffic at the property.
• Prepare reports and communicate daily activity to the Property Manager.
• Prepare lease renewal notices and perform lease administration.
• Set up and maintain lease files.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office technology.


• Ability to quickly learn and strictly adhere to Fair Housing Laws and industry regulations.


• Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
