Job summary

SKYSERVICE BUSINESS AVIATION, a leader in business aviation, seeks a customer service oriented professional in Seattle, WA. You will ensure courteous service, coordinate with lineservice crews, handle fueling, catering, and bookings while managing communications with clients and staff.

You will also process invoices, respond to inquiries, and assist with account collections as needed. This role requires 18+, US work eligibility, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Weekend availability; overtime during peak seasons.
• Must be at least 18 years old; legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards service to customers in accordance with Skyservice Business Aviation's philosophy.
• Coordinate between customers, line-service crew and staff for arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain and update the Aircraft Entry Log; inform lineservice crew accordingly.
• Answer general phone lines and route to the appropriate person.
• Process digital forms for new clients and promote additional services.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Handle daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and customers.
• Contact clients about unpaid accounts and arrange payments if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain, monitor and update the Aircraft Entry Log and advise the lineservice crew accordingly;
• Answer the general number phone lines and forward calls to the the appropriate person;
• Fill out digital forms for new clients and actively promote additional aircraft services and products;
• Respond to customer email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner;
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for various vendors and customers;
• Contact clients about unpaid or overdue accounts and attempt to collect or make the appropriate payment arrangements; update account information if a payment is made;
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma/GEDrequired;
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to multitask;
• Strong conflict resolution skills;
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times;
• Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons;
• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Legally entitled to work in the United States;
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and other background checks necessary to obtain an airport restricted area pass.
