Job summary

Skyservice is the North American market leader in business aviation. We are looking for team players to join our Bend, OR team, delivering safe and high‑quality ground handling across the region.

You will work on a fast‑paced ramp, coordinating with pilots and crews to ensure timely arrivals and departures while upholding safety and service standards. As a Ground Services Associate, you will marshal aircraft, handle fueling and ground support, tow aircraft, and perform quality checks on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Aviation experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Being mechanically inclined is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks for airport access.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshal in and out arriving and departing aircraft, securing the aircraft and providing car valet service as needed.
• Safely operate fuel trucks and fulfill aircraft orders.
• Perform aviation/jet fuel quality checks and related procedures.
• Document fuel quality and fueling equipment inspections.
• Tow aircraft in and out of hangars and on aprons.
• Provide ground services to aircraft (lavatory waste disposal, oxygen, potable water, etc.).
• Ensure readiness and replenishment of anti-ice devices during winter activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Other duties as required.
