ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, Inc. is seeking a customer service and sales support professional to assist the supplier base and internal users.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries about material and order status by phone or email, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, and helping achieve sales goals. The role involves creating and updating various reports and performing order entry or quotes as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in aerospace industry is a plus.
