Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract healthcare associate in St. Louis Park, MN to handle inbound calls for the eye department, schedule appointments, and register new patients. The role may cross-train to front desk/check-in as needed.

Some healthcare or Epic experience is preferred, but full training is provided. This onsite position offers pay at $25.16 per hour with eligible benefits and a standard benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare call center environments.
• Familiar with Epic electronic health record systems.
• Reliable and patient with strong soft skills.
• Willing to train for front desk/check-in responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.16 - $25.16/hr.
