The Customer Service Representative will ensure timely orders, accurate processing, and effective communication with customers and internal teams to support overall satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include order entry, tracking, material coordination, and providing timely updates to customers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Business preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

• Receive and verify customer releases; enter orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Manage all customer service functions, including order tracking and issue resolution.
• Coordinate raw material needs, order fulfillment, and inventory of product components.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Schedule production orders and communicate delivery timelines to customers.
• Handle return shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales files and review customer contracts for compliance.
• Perform order entry, invoicing, system updates, and generate sales reports.
• Support the field sales team with product samples and marketing literature.
• Process changes to customer orders and update lead times as needed.
• Review daily shipping reports and address missed shipments.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in SAP preferred.
