Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to connect customers with Sales, Design, Production, and Logistics, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to delivery.

You’ll coordinate estimates, orders, and delivery schedules while building strong customer relationships to meet expectations. The role requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on proactive problem solving and dependable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, POP displays, printing, logistics, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Creative Services, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finishing, and Logistics.
  • Prepare estimates and provide quotes to customers.
  • Process and verify purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Establish delivery schedules and track orders throughout the production process.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer requests, specification changes, and evolve project requirements.
  • Analyze inventory and warehouse data to support replenishment and purchasing decisions.
  • Support the development and execution of packaging and display solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Identify materials and resources necessary for successful project completion.
  • Monitor production, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics activities to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and project documentation.
  • Proactively identify challenges and collaborate with others to develop solutions.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers and internal team members.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary connection between customers, sales, design, production, and logistics teams to ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to delivery. You'll solve problems, coordinate moving parts, build strong customer relationships, and help deliver packaging solutions that make a difference to our customers every day. Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, POP displays, printing, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, operations, or order management.
  • Knowledge of structural design, graphic arts, lithographic printing, pre-press, or fabrication is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Amtech, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
