Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas in a 5-day week with an evening shift. The role requires operating motorized cleaning equipment and maintaining daily upkeep, reporting incidents to a supervisor, and ensuring safety policies are followed.

Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication, be able to work in a team, and present a professional appearance while understanding customer

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety training certification; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bilingual a plus

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
