Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while upholding safety rules and teamwork.

Candidates should be able to follow schedules, communicate professionally with leads and customers, and comply with all company policies. US citizenship or permanent residency required for this role; training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: No specific degree; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Certificates/licenses: May require valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule

• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage

Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bilingual a plus

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Shifts And Compensation

5a-1:30p Monday through Friday / Week1

5a-3:30p Monday through Thursday /. Week 2

$20.60- $21.60 per hour
