Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ferndale, MI

Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions

Job Type: Contract (2–3 months) with the opportunity to interview for direct hire, if desired

Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: $18.00–$20.50/hr

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Ferndale, MI. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and handle cash or other financial transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
