Job summary

Western Pest Services, a premier pest control provider, seeks a Customer Service Representative in its New York City branch. You will serve as the link between customers and service technicians, coordinating schedules and resolving issues to ensure a quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing accounts, scheduling routes, and producing reports while maintaining accurate records and providing proactive follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively with customers and co-workers.

• Respond to leads and referrals; partner with management to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Our Customer Care / Service Representatives (CSR) are the link between our customers and our service technicians. As a CSR, you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sales inquiries, and communicate with our field operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
