Job summary

Health & Happiness seeks a customer service professional for a hybrid role near Orlando, FL. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat, supporting product trends and internal documentation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Office days are three per week after training at our Orlando area location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Rigorous attention to detail, including proofreading.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a calm and composed demeanor.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, social media, and chat.
• Provide trends and concerns regarding products to Leadership.
• Update documents for company tracking (i.e. Excel, PPT, SharePoint, etc.).
• Track and respond to customer concerns via Amazon.
• Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fast paced environment!
• Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on the customer needs and past purchases.
• Contribute ideas on improving the customer experience!
• Maintain various spreadsheets, trackers and reports for marketing promotions and special projects

This is a hybrid role and will require you to work from the office 3 days/ week after training. Our office is located near UCF's campus in Orlando, FL
