Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned sites. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and ensuring daily upkeep while following safety rules and company procedures.

The position runs 1pm–5pm, with an hourly pay rate of $16 to $17. A valid driver's license may be required; bilingual skills are a plus, and the ideal candidate will read and follow

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Read and interpret instructions, strong verbal and written communication, knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, safety awareness.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
