Job summary

North American Title Loans in North Charleston, SC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to guide customers through the loan process, answer inquiries, and manage accounts with honesty and care. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

About the Role

At North American Title Loans, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) play a vital role in helping customers access the financial assistance they need with honesty, efficiency, and care.

As a CSR, you'll support customers through every step of the loan process—from answering inquiries and evaluating vehicles to managing loan accounts and performing daily communication such as payment reminders and courtesy calls.
