Job summary

Nebraskaland, a major food distributor located at the Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. The role focuses on managing customer relationships and achieving daily and weekly sales targets.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of customer service experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and occasional Sunday availability may be needed.

Job description

Qualifications

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
• Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
• Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience
• Experience with Retalix, Extend Data, Ibright GPS Tracking system a plus
