Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Teterboro, NJ. You will serve as a primary contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, professional support to ensure total satisfaction.

You will also help promote Graybar goods and services on inbound calls, assisting with product selection and applications while coordinating service requests such as pricing, expediting, billing, and claims.
