Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial/Wholesale Fuel Services team at our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN. Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as front-line support for Commercial sales and Open Dealer/Consignment operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams—including Accounting and IT—to resolve customer issues, while also supporting field sales and area supervisors so they can stay focused on growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot site maintenance issues via phone and email; escalate as needed
  • Visit customer sites to build relationships and drive brand awareness
  • Process wet hosing billing using the PDI card processing module
  • Set up customer accounts in PDI once credit is approved
  • Issue new fuel cards and respond to card-related inquiries
  • Manage cases in real time using Salesforce
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for daily tasks and documentation
  • Provide general support to the customer service team and leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Office Administration
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail, Fuel Services, Fuel Transport, or Fleet Payment Card industries
  • Background in Commercial/Wholesale operations
  • Experience in franchise or driver support operations
  • Experience with sales support or maintenance dispatch
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
