Job summary

Zoom Tan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in our Corporate Office in Naples, Florida. The position starts at $20.00 per hour, with higher pay possible for experience.

Full-time staff receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, matched 401(k), and Life and Disability Insurance, plus 3 weeks PTO annually. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple software platforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients to provide information, and assist in resolving issues.
• Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken.
• Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution.
• Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned.

Zoom Tan is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in their Corporate Office in Naples, Florida! Positions starting at $20.00/Hour, but will pay more for experience!!

Offering a complete benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, Matched 401(k) Plan, and Life and Disability Insurance) for all employees working over 30 hours/week.

Full Time employees also receive 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) each year at hire!

We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office assisting our clients and salon employees by phone with their needs.

Responsibilities

After receiving field training you will be working within an office setting where your duties will include:

We are hiring for a Full Time opening and offer flexible scheduling. The Call Center is currently operated Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
