Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses in Eden Prairie, MN.

You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored options, and build lasting relationships while meeting safety and vehicle policy requirements. EcoShield Pest Solutions offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and 10 company-paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Branch Sales Professional

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000 - $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
