Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, playing a key role in the experience of our members and clients.
In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing phone support, addressing members' needs on the first interaction whenever possible, and ensuring a professional, empathetic, and efficient service experience.
Additionally, there are opportunities for development to support services for clients in the United States, allowing you to expand your professional experience in a dynamic and international environment.
Answer member calls and provide clear information about their health plans.
Guide and educate members about coverages, benefits, and plan promotions (non-clinical topics).
Document inquiries, actions taken, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Escalate unresolved situations or complaints to supervisors or the appropriate departments.
Participate in outbound calls, Contact Center projects, and training programs.
Maintain confidentiality of information and comply with regulations such as HIPAA and internal policies.
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
High school diploma required (college credits preferred).
Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, especially for opportunities supporting services in the United States.
Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and proactive attitude.
Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays).
Specialized training in customer service, regulations, and healthcare topics.
