Join to apply for the Customer Service Representative role at R1 RCM.

Location: Ascension St. John Macomb Township

Shift Hours: PRN, Part-time, on call Monday, Thursday, and Friday, anytime between 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll assist patients during hospital check-in, answering questions and building trust through compassionate listening and efficient information collection. No healthcare experience is necessary; we will train you. You must be vaccinated, pass a drug test, and a background check prior to hire.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and inputting information accurately across multiple screens in a busy environment.
  • Providing compassionate support to patients who may be ill or anxious.
  • Working on your feet in a fast-paced setting, managing varied health plan information.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team committed to your career growth.

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service experience

Compensation ranges from $14.69 to $20.28 per hour, based on role, experience, and location.
