Job summary

FASTSIGNS International, Inc is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lynn, MA. You will be the first point of contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of completed jobs.

You will participate in daily team meetings and help execute business and marketing plans to drive center success. The role involves daily interaction with customers via email, phone, in person, and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
