Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group seeks a Customer Service Representative to support daily workflow in Barre, Vermont. You will handle mail, phone calls, data entry, and general office tasks to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, at least one year of office experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license is required. This full-time position offers hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of general office experience.
  • Accurate data entry skills using keyboard and number pad.
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for the organization and administration of the company’s daily workflow and assist with general office duties.

How You Will Contribute
  • Handles all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail including daily trips to the Post Office.
  • Responsible for keeping email boxes current at all times.
  • Log in new business, renewals, and additional required documents.
  • Processes data, copies, faxes, files, maintain records, prepare documents/letters, order supplies.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Provide clerical work as assigned.
  • Complete special assignments and stay up to date on required procedures.
Licenses & Certifications

Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

Pay Range

18.00 - 20.00 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
