Job summary

Lanham Hardwood Flooring is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Louisville. You will handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries about pricing, stock, and order status, and enter orders into the system. You may assist with will-call orders and some warehouse tasks, including loading orders; lifting up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Respond to inquiries (pricing, stock, order status).
• Enter customer orders into the system.
• Complete sales transactions for will-call customers.
• Assist in receiving and stocking products; help fulfill will call orders and inventory counts.

Lanham Hardwood Flooring is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative.

Competitive benefits (employer pays for 100% of employee's medical plan*), a great schedule (Shift Hours are Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p), and an annual bonus. Other benefits include, no nights or weekends. *Medical coverage is 100% paid for the employee only. Employees are responsible for family portions if covering more members.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Respond to customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, stock, order status)
• Enter customer orders into the system
• Complete sales transactions for will-call customers
• Assist in receiving and stocking products, help to fulfill will call orders, ups shipments and assistance with inventory counts.
• Assist in warehouse when needed to pull products for orders and help customers by loading their order.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Requirements

• Experience working in the field of customer service
• Good technical/computer skills
• Strong communication skills and good phone etiquette
• Comfortable working with and driving a forklift when needed (will train)
• Experience working in warehouse environment is preferred
• Must be a high school graduate
• College Degree preferred, but not required
• Certifications preferred, but not required

Salary: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
