Job summary

City Floor Supply, a family-owned hardwood flooring distributor, is seeking a Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This fast-paced, contractor-facing role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to assist contractors and walk-in customers at the front counter with product selection and orders.

You will answer high-volume calls, enter orders accurately, and maintain a clean, customer-friendly counter while building relationships with industry

Qualifications

• Phone and computer skills are a must.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Hardwood flooring or construction industry experience is a plus.
