Job summary

Glass Doctor is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for part‑time hours in Florida. You will handle sales inquiries, support calls and service requests, aiming to exceed monthly goals while delivering top‑notch customer care.

The role emphasizes a proactive, energetic attitude, opportunity to cross-sell services, and a commitment to the company’s values of Respect, Integrity and Customer Focus. Training provided; schedule 10:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and personality.

Established in 1962 with one shop in Seattle, Wash., today Glass Doctor offers quick and affordable glass services to business, home, and auto owners at more than 270 locations across the United States and Canada. Our team of qualified experts lives our code of values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus while having fun in the process! We hire reliable, friendly, and customer service-focused glass professionals and office staff who are dedicated to creating a delightful customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on sales and support calls. You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

We are looking for a part time person with scheduled work hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday.

Specific Responsibilities:
