Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Longmont, CO is hiring a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative who can multitask, solve problems, and keep front office operations moving. You will answer phones, greet customers, schedule appointments, handle vehicle check-ins, assist with insurance questions, and maintain smooth daily operations.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and can help service a diverse client base.

• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
