Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy front office. This full-time role pays $19–$24 per hour and requires strong communication and multitasking skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and growth opportunities are offered. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, managing vehicle check-ins, and assisting with insurance
