Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a busy front office, answer phones, greet customers, schedule appointments, and manage vehicle check-ins.

The ideal candidate is organized, quick on their feet, and great with customers; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation is $19–$24 per hour with medical, dental & vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications
