Job summary

Soapy Joe’s is hiring friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives who will greet customers, promote memberships, and help keep lines moving with Express Pay Terminals. The role offers growth potential from CSR to Management in Training and Site Leader, with a supportive team and a commitment to community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to move about and operate handheld technology and equipment.
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs., and twist or turn when needed.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in sun, rain, wind, and heat.

Education, Skills, and Physical Requirements:

3. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers, coworkers, and supervisors is required to perform the essential functions of this position. This role requires frequent verbal communication with customers, team members, and management, including receiving and providing customer service, operational, and safety-related instructions.
5. Ability to move about and operate handheld technology and equipment.
6. Ability to ascend/descend ladders, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs., and twist or turn when needed.
7. Able to work outdoors year-round in conditions including sun, rain, wind, and heat.
