Job summary

Alumni Hall Stores, LLC seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative at West Town Mall in Knoxville, TN. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, and operate the cash wrap to process sales and returns.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising displays, cleaning tasks, and assisting brand reps while learning about collegiate sports and local university activities. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
