The University of Iowa Parking & Transportation Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative on the Iowa City campus. This role provides world-class customer service over the counter and by phone, processes permit data, and helps train and supervise student staff to maintain high standards across all services.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, on campus at West Campus Transportation Center.
The University of Iowa Parking & Transportation Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This professional will serve as a customer service representative in a fast-paced environment interacting with a variety of individuals in a constructive and collaborative manner to provide world-class customer service. This position will review existing system processes while using them efficiently and accurately and make recommendations for improvement in addition to creating and updating standards and practices as they relate to all services provided by the Parking Services Office. This position will assist with functionally supervising student employees including providing training, performance monitoring, scheduling, shift coverage, and coaching, among other tasks as needed.
This position is not eligible for University sponsorship for employment authorization.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: West Campus Transportation Center (WCTC)
This position is performed fully on campus.
