Job summary

Morellis One Hour Dry Cleaners Inc in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process garments, and ensure every order is handled with care. You’ll manage in-person transactions, answer questions, and coordinate with the team to keep four locations running smoothly.

Prior retail or front desk experience is preferred, and a welcoming, reliable attitude is essential.

• Prior customer service, retail or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort handling cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the counter with a positive, professional attitude.
• Accept and process incoming garments and dry cleaning orders accurately.
• Inspect and tag clothing items, noting any special care instructions or pre-existing damage.
• Inspect, assemble, bag and organize all orders going to our four locations for the day.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order status updates in a timely manner.
• Process payments, operate POS systems, and manage cash transactions.
• Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup via phone or other communication channels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-store environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Dry cleaning or laundry industry experience is a plus, but not required
