Lakewood Church is seeking a caring, dependable, and service-minded Customer Service Representative to support constituents of Lakewood Church and Joel Osteen Ministries.
In this role, you’ll assist constituents by phone, email, and mail, respond to inquiries about church events, support order and donation-related requests, provide prayer support as needed, and ensure clear and professional communication throughout each interaction.
This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in finding solutions, and can remain courteous, accurate, and focused in a high-volume customer service environment.
Working directly with the Customer Service Manager, you’ll provide timely and effective support to Lakewood Church and Joel Osteen Ministries constituents.
