Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a customer service representative to build and maintain strong customer relationships through multi-channel support. You will assist customers with product inquiries, website navigation, and order placement, while delivering brand-right service and resolving questions professionally.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using CRM systems and digital tools to provide informed assistance and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1+ year of recent customer service experience in a contact center.
• Strong verbal and written communication, computer, keyboarding, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple browsers and systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass color deficiency, grammar, and writing assessments.
