The Martin-Brower Company, LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between customers and the company. The role involves handling inquiries by calls and emails, processing orders, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, on-site in Henderson. The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for ongoing training to ensure exceptional service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call/email support.
• Ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Familiarity with processing orders and using software for validation.
