Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

Duties:

1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide information about products and services
3. Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and returns
4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
5. Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
6. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience:

1. Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
2. Effective communication skills; ability to follow directions; ability to interact courteously and effectively with culturally diverse populations.
3. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks. Preferred qualifications include three years of human services and/or customer service experience, knowledge and understanding of Community-Based waiver services, familiarity with medical terminology, and bilingual capabilities.
