Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000- $140,000 based on experience. Top performers are among the highest paid technicians with unlimited earning potential.

• Two Scheduling Options: M-F 11am-7pm, or 4-10 hour shifts (must include at least one weekend day).

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead clients to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes.
• Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes.
• Work independently and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain strong technical skills, master troubleshooting, and enjoy interacting with people.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners preferred.
