Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Greer, SC to handle inbound calls, assist pilots and cartage agents, and manage shipment status updates. You will respond to customer inquiries, use various online tools, and follow established procedures to ensure smooth operations.

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers.

• Track, trace, enter and update shipments.
• Assist and support Pilot stations and cartage agents.
• Master outside customer applications.
• Follow published procedures and work instructions for NCS accounts and bring modifications to management’s attention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service to all callers. They answer incoming calls and troubleshoot any issues. They assist pilot stations and cartage agents.

Pay Range

$19 to $20 per hour

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
