Haffner's in New Hampshire is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle phone, email and in-person inquiries in a fully in-office role in Goffstown.

This hourly position offers $20-$24 based on experience and qualifications.

You will resolve delivery and service questions, maintain accurate records, promote products, support accounts receivable, and collaborate with the Customer Service team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment.
• 1+ year of experience in the heating or energy industry.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends during peak periods.

Customer Service Representative | $20-$24/hour

This is a fully in-office position; remote or hybrid work is not available
