Haffner's in New Hampshire is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, resolve delivery and account questions, and maintain accurate records while promoting our products and services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service experience, at least 1 year in the heating/energy sector, and strong communication and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and flexible shifts are a plus.

Customer Service Representative | $20–$24/hour

This is a fully in-office position; remote or hybrid work is not available. Join Haffner's and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our customers! What You’ll Do

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person

Compensation

Job Environment
