Haffner’s, a regional leader in fuel distribution and convenience retail in New England, seeks a Convenience Store Associate in Massachusetts. You will deliver a great shopping experience, assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with age-restricted sales policies.

The role offers on-site work with opportunities for advancement, competitive on-demand pay, employee discounts, and additional benefits. Pay starts at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsabilités

• Complies with company policies, federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales of products such as tobacco and alcohol.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards.

• Completes duties as assigned by management.
• Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in inclement weather or emergencies.
• Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that needs repair or creates hazard.

Compensation:

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:

PAY- $16.00-$18.00 Per hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.
• Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that needs repair or creates hazard.

Job Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach and lift.
